Owner: Kenlyn Schwinn founded The Sign Shop of West Bend, LLC in 1994. Kenlyn is one of the few certified women business owners in the industry who has over 45 years of graphic experience.
She started The Sign Shop with herself as the only full-time employee in a 500 square foot facility using 1 printer, and 1 plotter. Gaining business recognition and growth, she now owns a 7500-square-foot building, running a full-service shop. Her persistence in excellence has granted her the ability to acquire her "dream team" of employees because as Kenlyn says "there is no "I" in the team."
Vice President of Sales: Jackie Krewald is an integral piece of our organization with extensive experience in customer service and sales. She is our warranty specialist, quality control guru, pencil sharpener when it comes to quoting projects, and project manager. Embracing core values of honesty and fairness, Jackie’s goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction.
She works diligently to ensure a timely resolution for any issues that may arise. Her vision and ability to foster relationships with our customers lead to long-term solutions, quick turnarounds, and a high level of success. Jackie will be your dedicated partner to assist you in any way she can.
We are also an active member of the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2017 we were nominated by Kilian Management Services/McDonald’s and acquired the following award through the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce: “Small Business of the Year”
